Pumpkin Pie Oatmeal

Pumpkin Pie Oatmeal

This stuff tastes like actual pumpkin pie but is much healthier! It's good for breakfast, snack, or a late night treat! Heck, eat it whenever you want it because it's that good and its FALL! :)




What you’ll need:
½ Cup Old Fashioned oatmeal 
1 cup water
¼ cup almond milk
½ cup pure pumpkin puree
honey or agave
1 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp pumpkin pie spice
1 tbsp pecans (optional)

What you do:
Microwave water and oatmeal for about 2 minutes. Stir in almond milk.
Mix in pumpkin puree and honey. (I didn't really measure the honey, I just kinda drizzled it in there. It depends on how sweet you want it.)
Top oatmeal with cinnamon, pumpkin pie spice, and pecans.
