Apple Pie Smoothie!
What you’ll need:
1 cup almond milk
1 apple, chopped (I used green, but next time will use red)
1 tbsp maple syrup
1 tsp cinnamon
1 tbsp ground flaxseed meal
1 – 1/5 cups ice
What you do:
Mix all ingredients in a blender. Add ice as needed to get desired consistency.
