My appetite seems to be different every day. Sometimes I eat breakfast, lunch, and dinner and feel totally energized
and satisfied. Other days I have full blown snack attacks in between my meals. I try to stay on the healthy side of the
snack regime especially if I indulged a little at lunch or dinner. Snacks are supposed to be easy and ready to go. When I buy a thing of fruit or veggies that I use for snacks I try to always prepare them as ready-to-eat so I can grab as I please. It prevents me from grabbing the chips from the pantry.
